Cancellation/Refund Policy

All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $125 charge to the credit card on file.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, and we uphold a strict no-refund, exchange-only policy for all our services and products. Our policies are designed to maintain the highest quality, standards, and values that our company stands for. Although we understand this may be inconvenient for you, our policy allows for a refund within 48 hours after signing the waiver and contract, provided that no service has been rendered. In case of medical reasons, a doctor's note must be provided for a refund with a 10% penalty fee. Remember, your credit does not expire, and you can always return in the future for other beauty and body services and skincare products.
