ThermiVa® is performed in-office and is non-invasive, non-ablative, non-surgical, with no hormones, no downtime and no anesthesia required. The temperature controlled RF system performs electrocoagulation of soft tissues for vulvovaginal laxity, helping with incontinence and tightness.

The ThermiVa® hand piece is about 0.5” and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The small metal square on the bottom of the electrode is the active tip which is the area that gently heats the tissue via emission of radio frequency energy.

Treatment Uses Vaginal Laxity

To tighten the vagina at the opening and the full length of the vagina, noticeable to patient and partner.

Vulvar/Labial Laxity

To tighten the labial tissues and reduce sag. Results in noticeably softer and smoother skin. More comfort in tight clothing, less self-awareness in bikinis.

Vaginal/Vulvar Dryness or Atrophic Vaginitis

To add softer and thicker skin and more moisture both internally and externally to make daily life and sexual intercourse more comfortable without the use of hormones.Stress Incontinence – May reduce accidents and leakage and reduce urge symptoms.
